AC Repair in Gilbert, AZ — Attic Systems, Two-Stories, and Honest Replacement Quotes

Gilbert grew fast from the late 1980s through the 2000s, which means a lot of the town hit AC replacement age at about the same time. We cover all of it from our shop in Tempe, about 20 minutes down the 60 or the 202.

What Gilbert homes actually need

Most Gilbert homes are split systems with the air handler in the attic. That brings two things: drain lines and float switches that fail in monsoon humidity and end at the ceiling (leaking water), and ductwork that's been sitting in 140° attic air since the house was built (ductwork guide). Two-story homes run hot upstairs; that's usually airflow, not tonnage. When it's time to replace, we size to the house and won't sell you a bigger system you don't need. Split-system replacement cost.

Gilbert is SRP territory. SRP rebates apply on qualifying replacements, and we're an SRP qualified contractor.
