Financing
Available on approved credit for system replacements. Terms and rates depend on the lender program active at the time and your credit; we'll show you the options on the written quote. Monthly payments are sometimes close to what the old system was costing you in electricity.
Ask for financing when you request the estimate and we'll include it.
Rebates — the 2026 picture
- SRP Cool Cash: still running. $75/ton single-stage, $150/ton multi-stage, $225/ton variable-capacity or inverter mini-split, on AHRI-matched 15.2+ SEER2 systems installed by a licensed AZ contractor, installed before April 30, 2027. We file it. (SRP source)
- APS: residential AC/heat pump equipment rebate discontinued January 1, 2026 (ACC Decision 81584). Cool Rewards (smart thermostat) remains; it doesn't help with equipment.
- Federal 25C tax credit: expired for equipment placed in service after December 31, 2025 (IRS). Any contractor advertising it on a 2026 install is wrong.
- Manufacturer promotions: American Standard, Bryant and others run seasonal offers. We apply whatever's active and show it as a line item.

Is there a federal tax credit for a new AC in 2026?+
No. The 25C credit ended for equipment placed in service after December 31, 2025.
Do I qualify for the SRP rebate?+
If SRP is your electric utility and the system is 15.2+ SEER2 and AHRI-matched, yes. We handle the paperwork.
Do you finance repairs?+
Financing is for replacements. Repairs are quoted all-in and paid at time of service.
