2. We quote the diagnostic fee before we roll. No surprises at the door.
3. The tech finds the actual failure — capacitor, contactor, motor, refrigerant, board — and shows you the reading, not a story.
4. You get a firm, all-in price. Parts, labor, tax. Approve it and the diagnostic fee is waived.
5. Most repairs are done that visit. Trucks are stocked for the parts Valley systems fail on.
6. PDF invoice with photos, emailed before the truck leaves.

What we fix

Any make, any model, any age. Rooftop package units and split systems. Heat pumps and gas/electric. The common ones:
