Open positions

• HVAC Service Technician — residential repair, maintenance and installs. EPA 608 preferred; we'll train the right person who has it or is close.
• Dispatch — phones, scheduling, HousecallPro. Full or part time.
• Executive Assistant — office support for the owner. Part time.

What it's like here

• Small crew. You'll know everyone's name by Wednesday.
• You're paid to diagnose and fix — not to sell replacements. If a repair is right, you do the repair.
• Stocked trucks. First-visit fixes are the norm, not a bonus.
• Owner in the field. Eric still runs calls.
• Service area: Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee. No four-hour drives to Buckeye.

What we need

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean enough record to be insured on a company truck.
• Drug screening and background check, at our expense.
• Show up when you say you will. That's most of the job.
