Bryant AC Repair in Tempe, Phoenix & Scottsdale

Bryant is one of the brands we install, so we see a lot of them — our own and ones other contractors put in. Evolution, Preferred and Legacy lines, split systems and the rooftop package units that cover half of Tempe and Scottsdale. Same-day on most calls, parts on the truck.

What fails on Bryant systems in the Valley

Bryant is built by Carrier's parent company and shares most components with Carrier. In Phoenix heat the common calls are:

• Capacitors, contactors, condenser fan motors — the usual 7–15-year failures on any condenser. Fixed first visit.
• ECM blower motors in Preferred and Evolution air handlers — variable-speed motors that fail hot. More expensive than a standard PSC motor; we'll check warranty first.
• Evolution communicating system faults — the Evolution Connex control runs the whole system over a data bus. A tech who doesn't know the fault codes will replace boards until it works. We read the code.
• Rooftop package unit coil leaks on 2008–2014 units — repair-or-replace conversation, honestly priced.
• Furnace inducer motors and pressure switches on the heating side, usually caught during a fall tune-up.

Bryant warranty

10-year parts if registered within 90 days of install, 5 years if not. We check the serial, tell you which, and file the claim. Labor is separate.

Repair or replace a Bryant

Past 12–15 years, we quote both. As a Bryant installer we can price a matched replacement with any current manufacturer promotion; we'll also show an American Standard or Goodman option. SRP rebates apply on qualifying systems.
